We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Commercial Projects Intern for our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor – comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team. About the role: This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Commercial Projects Manager. The successful incumbent will manage and drive special projects end to end in accordance with timeline and desired outcome, and oversee all aspects of the specific commercial projects assigned. Responsibilities: Innovative & critical projects with high impact to the overall business Closely managing and driving projects, roadmaps, milestones, timelines and achievements Monitoring project KPIs, building and managing project dashboard to help evolve and define project vision and strategy Collecting and analyzing information, problem-solve, and make decisions Coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Working closely with other departments to achieve the best possible outcomes Perform risk management to minimize project risks Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project Requirements: Strong analytical skills and good command of English language is a must At least 1-2 years of experience working in e-commerce industry or consultancy Ability to work independently and within a team Willingness to learn in a fast moving environment and eager to deliver the extra mile Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple work streams in parallel, plan for projects, manage own time and priorities High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills is a must High-energy with sound business acumen Exhibits the competencies: Drive for results, action-oriented, problem solving & analytical thinking Adaptability to change Positive and proactive attitude What we offer: Challenging and fulfilling steep learning curve Vibrant, dynamic & international workplace Periodic fun & engaging company events & team activities Tasty Thursdays Opportunity to be a value-adding contributor to this fast-growing global company We’re always open to new ideas and new people, so don’t be a stranger.
