Recruitment duties: ● Manage whole recruitment process for Corporate, Operational and temporary positions. ● Work closely with the Operation and Restaurant Heads to align all manpower recruitment needs for 22 outlets in Singapore. ● Work closely with Head of Departments to hire corporate positions from non-executive to managerial positions. ● Support HR Manager in recruitment budget and provision planning, including maintaining monthly recruitment reports. ● Leverage on the most suited and most cost efficient recruitment channels (social media, online job portals, campus recruitment etc) and ensure the recruitment of talent within defined time frame. ● Plan and manage external job fairs and in-house recruitment related events and activities.
Foreign employees & interns management: ● Liaise with HODs and employees for new/renewal of employment contracts. ● Manage foreign employees work pass applications. ● Handle disputes and conduct one-to-one counselling sessions. ● Hostel management - liaise closely with landlords, service contractors and foreign employees for rental issues and termination of rental lease.
General HR and other duties: ● Conduct new staff orientation. ● Train and guide new HR junior staff, including supervision of daily work. ● Hygiene course management for all operational staff which including monitoring expire dates of certification, coordinate external trainings for staff and submission of government training grants. ● Actively involved in key HR initiatives/projects such as festive activities and annual staff satisfaction survey.
