Sarah is our HR and Education Director at Sparkline, she is focused on supporting and developing our people internally and through the growth of our Education programmes we aim to enable and empower the industry through applied knowledge and training.
Aleetza is our Founder and CEO, she established the business back in 2013 and had the vision and passion to want to fuel the industry through empowering businesses and people to gain insights and make key decisions from the data available.

At Sparkline, we are in the people business! Our Integration Consultants are passionate about helping our Client’s use data to develop a multi-view of their customer and deliver improvements across the customer journey to achieve competitive advantage and amazing customer experiences
This is an integral role as you are the Client’s main point of contact throughout the implementation phase which means you will communicate across all channels to keep the Client up to date, not only on progress but on the impact and value being generated every step of the way. You will also work closely with the Business Owner ensuring alignment to the wider business strategy.
Keeping connected with the ever evolving digital technology landscape you can help identify new solutions and skills that could create greater opportunities for our Clients and Sparkline.

You will be a passionate learner with the ability to pick up new tools and languages with ease.
YOU WILL BRING:
Degree in Computer Science or a related field
5-7 years working in Client facing roles, using a consultative approach for technical solutioning
3-4 years working with analytics and tag management solutions; specifically the Adobe and Google analytics Suites.
Experience in software engineering practises, delivering scalability when writing code
Experience implementing marketing technology and/or cloud solutions
Exposure to big data platforms and technologies such as Google BigQuery and R
People Management experience, ideally leading a team of consultants/engineers in a similar capacity previously
Extensive experience in a client-facing role, with demonstrable capability to consult and advise clients across Technical Projects and Challenges
