We are looking for Service Delivery Engineers & Maintenance Engineers to deploy and maintain IT security infrastructure components in a system integration environment. • Provide professional service to deploy IT security infrastructure components like SIEM, firewalls, proxy servers, intrusion prevention/detection systems, end-point protection system, HDFS, etc. • Work closely with product vendor to ensure success in deployment in the customer environment. • Manage external IT vendor to ensure deployment is in accordance with customer requirements. • Provide L3 support for the IT security infrastructure components like firewalls, proxy servers, intrusion prevention/detection systems, end-point protection system, etc. • Provide Level 1 support for the IT infrastructure comprising of Microsoft Windows Servers. • Provide Level 1 support for the IT storage / backup infrastructure equipment. • Perform operation daily health check and tape backup service. • Manage fault rectification process, troubleshoot hardware and software technical problems. • Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in customer sites.
