• Identify and qualify new account opportunities by various means, including attending to enquiries, cold calls, etc…
• Articulate the Company's value proposition to decision-makers across multiple industries.
• Work closely with team members to effectively and aggressively prospect for new business.
• Own and manage the sales cycle from initial prospecting to qualification.
• Qualify all sales opportunities based upon specific lead qualification criteria definitions
• Schedule new business appointments and product demos for multiple Account Executives
• Ensure that prospects are followed up at the right time, with the right message
• Confirm all appointments with decision making managers
• Utilize a customer focused selling process to identify needs and goals of potential customers
• Provide baseline research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting call
• Work with our digital marketing team and creative team to provide the best possible service to our clients
• Understand and ensure technical work aligns to larger business goals
• Work with the client to build seamless connections across multiple marketing platforms and solutions
• Manage internal stakeholder and external client expectations on projects and timelines
• Document and record all completed project work
• Manage custom development requests and deliver to the client
• Learn and maintain understanding of client environments within portfolio
• Develop documentation, including client specific work instructions as required
• Prepare client tasks for hand off to other team members
• Minimum 1 year of corporate sales experience with proven track record in sales
• Possess good oral and written communication skills in English
• Confident and resourceful with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Passionate in sales
• Good knowledge of Digital preferred
• Non-smoker preferred
