You will be paid for 5 days of training (mandatory) Responsibilities: • Handle calls from customers and provide accurate information in timely manner • Perform follow-up calls and email correspondences • Capture and log the contents into system Requirements: • GCE 'N' Levels or above or other equivalent certifications • Able to commit minimum of 4 days per week (including weekends) • Able to commit to both morning and afternoon work hours (shift allocated) • Able to commit minimum of 3 months period
