Job Scope
- Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
- Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates that meet client profile and/or building talent pools for current and future engagements.
- Involved in developing the corporate policy for talent bench-marking, talent assessment, and interviewing policies.
- Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies.
- Ensure effective Talent Acquisition process, tools and systems in place and in line with global standards.
- Conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional and responsive manner.
- Counsel candidates on benefits, salary, and environment.
Skills Required
- 3 year(s) of talent acquisition experience in a recruitment firm, in a human resource position, or in a related field is required for this position.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
- Excellent communicator.
- Well-organized.
- A leader and strategic thinker.
