Responsibilities:
Main liaison/ driver between principal marketing and franchisees in all aspects of branding and marketing, not limited to ensuring brand consistency on international fronts
Responsible for providing guidance to franchisees and ensuring all corporate directives and brand direction is being followed accordingly and appropriately to respective markets
Develop and execute creative marketing/ events planning in accordance to brand direction and market requirements
Ensuring all marketing and communications, including CRM initiatives and other collaterals are in line with principal’s strategic direction and brand guidelines
Carry out Public Relations activities, not limited to liaising with key influencers and agencies in crafting out adaptable PR plan for international markets
Seasonal media monitoring of PR coverage achieved in respective markets
Establish and maintain consistent communications with franchisees regarding markets’ activities and performance
Perform regular market trends and competitive analysis for respective markets
Develop digital and social strategies
Monitor marketing expenses of respective international markets
All other ad-hoc duties not limited to creation of monthly, seasonal and annual reports for respective international markets
Job Requirements:
At least a Degree in Marketing or a related field
Preferably with at least 2 years’ relevant experience
Adequate knowledge of the fashion industry and consumer trends for Asia and the Middle East
Experience in media planning, events management and public relations
Innovative and demonstrated ability to generate new ideas and engagement campaigns
Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus
Proficient application of marketing knowledge and IT solutions to achieve project goals and objectives
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining relationships between franchisees and principal and ensure timely follow-up
Excellent organizational skills, meticulous with an eye for details
Great disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are critical
Good decision-making, presentation and negotiation skills are essential
Must be a team player but able to work independently and proactively
Fun, vibrant and outgoing personality with great personal style
Committed to work after office hours and during weekends whenever applicable or required
Comfortable and willing to travel overseas
Possess a keen sense of and passion for fashion
