An exciting opportunity is waiting for you in the newly set up Digital Factory, who will spearhead the digital transformation efforts of Changi Airport Group. You will be working on Commercial digital applications and projects that will transform our business and bring customer experience to greater heights. You will be working in squads with fellow enthusiasts, re-imagining how we serve our connected customers. As a digital disrupter, you’ll recreate and redefine our business to generate lasting competitive advantage, focusing on designing and running digital marketing experiments to drive spend in Changi and/or improve customer experience. You will be responsible for the below areas:
Work with Data Science team to interpret the output of the predictive models to develop digital marketing experimentation plan
Collaborate with many different marketing teams to help them design the marketing experiment and optimize. This includes running, iterating and measuring the marketing experiments utilizing Changi’s digital touchpoints, which include EDM, SMS, APP and website.
Develop a roadmap and objectives for the marketing experiments
Synthesis the insights and present the marketing experimentation findings to Senior Management and external stakeholders.
Give training to internal team on marketing experimentation framework, approach and methodology.
Requirements:
Degree in Business / Statistics / Marketing or a related field
Experience working in marketing, designing experiments (a/b & multi-variant testing) and basic statistics (eg ensure results is statistically significant).
Have handled large data sets and strong knowledge in SQL
At least 4-6 years of relevant working experience
Strong communication skills (verbal and written/visual) to create and deliver compelling presentations of experimentation plans and insights to teams, senior management and internal & external stakeholders.
Technically advanced in MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint), business Intelligence tools (eg Google Analytics, Microstrategy, Tableau)
