The Technical Writer will plan, organize, and write customer documentation for hardware and software products and
solutions. Work closely with product development teams to research and understand technical information about the
product to write customer documentation for the appropriate audience. Write and edit customer documentation in a
clear and concise style following existing guidelines for brand, templates, and style guides. Coordinate documentation
plans and document outlines; defining the audience, determining task lists, and identifying technical information
requirements. Work with outside translation providers to coordinate translation of user documentation. Be accountable
for delivering documents accurately and on time and collaborate with the community of global technical writers to
create a world-class Technical Communication organization.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in technical writing of hardware and/or software products
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communications or related field preferred
• Experience working with Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Creative Cloud, MadCap Flare, Word, and more
• Familiarity with topic-based authoring, structured content, DITA publishing
• Excellent team and communication skills
• An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
• Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
