We are looking for someone like you to:
Optimize the level of interaction from the customer’s perspective, to build customer loyalty
Effectively strategize and execute successful campaigns, measure and report on their effectiveness
Responsible for managing a distributed workforce of Ambassadors of our Telegram community, and strategize to increase user engagement
Work closely with internal/external stakeholders to ensure successful end-to-end delivery of listing projects
Provide customer feedback to internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to raise the bar on customer experience
Contribute to continuous improvement of overall process efficiency and level of service delivery
Perform ad hoc duties, participate in key initiatives/projects as required
Ensure adherence to the company’s policies and procedures
Tertiary graduate (Diploma/Degree)
Minimum 1 to 3 years relevant experience, preferably in blockchain or financial services (Entry level candidates with good aptitude will be considered)
Possess a strong command in both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
Proficiency in Russian, Korean or other languages will be an added advantage, in order to liaise with our global stakeholders
Excellent team player, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Highly adaptable, with good problem-solving skills
