World Record International Develop a master copy and overall structures of the various music and vocal programs Conduct observation and survey to obtain feedback on the programs Compile findings and reports on the audit results and present them to the management Continuously improve and enhance the music and vocal training programs of all levels Work closely with franchisees to ensure quality delivery of the programs, learning environment, practices and processes Train teachers on new curriculum and practices Develop the Chinese version (with assisted external help) of the curriculum and training manual etc Develop SOP pertaining to set-up and operations of the programs.
