Responsibilities:
You will manage a team of talented and ambitious brand designers who are passionate about corporate identity design, packaging, digital and experiential branding.
• The right strategy and implementation of corporate, store and product line branding & identity, market positioning as well as promotional & PR storylines and media exposures.
• Timely development and upkeep of all presentation kits, product packaging, store & counter designs, staff-uniform design, logo & signage as well as corporate guidelines and all other creative responsibilities
• Positive interactions with the various business units in-house and principals to achieve coordination and effectiveness of the creative process and to manage the budget.
• Conceptualizing and maintaining print and electronic related materials
• Designing brochures, events posters, newsletters and other publishing collaterals
• Dealing and consulting external printers & suppliers for print production
• Assist in developing, planning and managing marketing communication strategies and campaigns to support sales
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Visual Communication / Graphic Design or related course
• Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign (Flash animation is a bonus)
• Basic experience in dealing with external offset printing companies
• Able to do simple illustrations, good attention to detail and able to work in tight deadlines
• At least 2 years of work experience of related field in an in-house atmosphere
• Good organizational skills and team player
• Great attention to detail, creativity, ability to prioritize and multitask
• Bilingual in English & Chinese need to liaise with Chinese associate
