Job Responsibility: - Day to day administrative duties of the clinic - Preparation of patients for cosmetic treatments eg cleansing of face, applying numbing cream, photo taking - Assisting doctors in medical cosmetic procedure eg lasers, Botox and filler injections - Performing medical grade facial treatments with therapy machines - Clinic housekeeping duties - Builds long-lasting relationships with all new and existing clients - Performs detailed skin analysis for all clients - Provides professional face and body treatments for clients in according to Company SOP - Makes professional sales recommendations to clients - Provide excellent pre-treatment and after-care quality service - Handles clients’ request and enquires - Performs general housekeeping duties - Other administrative tasks as required
