As a new team member

Role purpose: Managing marketing operational duties and community management with the skincare brands under The JYSK Group This role reports to the Group Senior Marketing Executive Job Description: • Work closely with the team to assist on all customer communications on social media, phone and email enquiries . • Maintain and support the appointment system for various business entities by securing and locking in appointments for customers. • Assist in customer enquiries for e-commerce store • Manage marketing EDM sending schedule for all brands • Extraction and Compilation of data for marketing analysis • Able to build good rapport and relationships with customers. • Provide and maintain high standard of customer service at all times. • Provide operational and administrative support to Marketing team when necessary. • Product Training and marketing guidance will be provided. • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time. Requirements: • Minimum education qualifications: Higher-Nitec/Diploma • Marketing and Business Cert/Dip • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) • Friendly, approachable personality • Good team player • Flexible and comfortable in dealing with ambiguity • Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment • Attention to detail and good organisation skills • Able to start on short notice Experience Level: • Fresh Graduate to 2 years working experience in the relevant scope Do send in your resume to munling@jyskgroup.com Thank you!
