Working as a graphic designer in Decathlon you will be given a high degree of responsibility to provide graphics support on corporate materials and to conceptualize, design and develop compelling websites & marketing related projects. You will be expected to generate creative and key ideas from concept development to completion. Within the process you will need to work closely with our teammates, in terms of conceptual development and creative idea sharing.
Responsibilities and duties
● Responsible for conceptualisation and implementation of design solutions that meet marketing strategies from concept, creative design to artwork production
● Ensure that all creative is in line with brand character and reinforce brand domination
● Co-work with different departments on marketing events and campaigns
● Stay up to date on updatest creative trends, transmedia applications and competitive business
● Energetic and passionate about graphic design and sports
● Addicted to challenges and learning
● Team player, outstanding communication skills and creativity
● Graphic design or artwork experience 2y minimum
● Experience in the Retail Industry is an advantage
● Strong layout and typography skills are essential
● High level of proficiency in design software and applications, such as Adobe Creative Suite
● Experience with print design, sound knowledge of print procedures, digital design is an advantage
● Ability to pay attention to detail and grasp project needs and consider practical solutions
● Ability to imbibe good time management and balance work on multiple projects simultaneously
● Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
