We’re looking for Strategy Managers like you!
Your day will revolve around managing all existing project and devise new strategies to drive sales growth across the business locally and globally and oversee day-to-day management of the Strategy Team. You’ll lead the team by setting new targets and KPIs are met.
You’ll help to develop our company branding and awareness in the marketplace and craft new and sustainable concept to maintain growth within the company.
You’re the one for us if you’ve had previous experience in sales, business development, or account management. As a natural leader and motivator, you will keep the team focused, ambitious, and drive our team to success!
Responsibilities
Ability to create and craft business plans, decks, portfolios and proposals efficiency
Able to develop new businesses and opportunities through networking and establish long term working relationships
Present proposals to prospective stakeholders and provide after engagement support
Resolve issues and negotiate agreements and business proposals
Maintain tidy record of sales and customer management
Request for costing (e.g logistics, event management fee, licensing fees, fringe activities fees, etc) from the Brands department
Review communications channel with marketing department
Keep track and assist in chasing of A/R
Responsible for content creation, research, conceptualisation
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development or account executive role for any of the following; event agency, exhibition company, creative agency/ marketing agency, real estate management company like Savills, Knight Frank, Far East or Capitaland
Creative thinking and good PR skills
Analytical, decision-making and good time management skills
Knowledge of market research, business making and negotiating principles
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Pleasant looking, passionate and driven
Able to commit weekends and/or OT
