- Receive and prepare meeting rooms for guests - Order, maintain and update inventory office pantry and stationery supplies - Handle general office maintenance - Coordinate inbound and outbound courier deliveries - Scheduling of appointments and coordination of travel matters for the Company Directors - Any other matters/projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time.
