UI/UX Designer Job Responsibility: Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create intuitive, well designed experiences across our websites, consumer apps and internal apps Deeply understand our users through research, testing and insights Take ownership of the entire design process from wireframes to high-fi prototype Manage document and continue to build out our style guides and asset libraries Take on additional tasks of creating videos and marketing assets Job Requirements: Shipped product and know what details matter at each stage of the development process Prototyping is a key part of your tool set. You are proficient in Sketch, Photoshop, Balsamiq, Indesign, Zeplin, Unbounce and the likes Passion for human-centred design with clean aesthetics Familiarity with iOS UI guidelines, Google Material Design responsive design An affinity for user journey maps and take user centric approach to balance user and business requirements A continuous learning mentality and the ability to take projects from start to finish Pixel perfect attention to detail
