As a new team member

We are looking for highly motivated and outgoing individuals to join our growing team. If you have an interest in the finance industry or enjoy an entrepreneurial approach in establishing customer relationships and building a meaningful career by helping others with wealth and life planning, this role is for you. Full training will be provided and successful applicants can expect to receive an attractive remuneration package and benefits. Responsibilities: - Understand customer's needs and provide sound advice to achieve customer's financial goals - Provide adequate information to customers to make informed decisions - Provide advise on prudent financial planning and various insurance plans - Maintain customer portfolio and expand clientele base - Meet/exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's performance - Deliver a high level of professionalism through excellent customer service Requirements: - Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field - Minimum 21 years and above (Mandatory MAS requirement) - No prior work experience is needed; however sales experience is advantageous - Highly motivated, positive and personable - Possess strong communication skills - Enjoys meeting new people and networking at events We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
