Enterprise SaaS Sales (Outbound) - Key Accounts Manager
Headquartered in Singapore (Incorporated 2016), we are a fast-growing software startup developing Enterprise SaaS applications for the Building and Construction Industry. Our mission is to help customers improve their productivity, BIM coordinations, construction quality and safety. We have a stronghold in the region with clients and collaborators like BCA, LTA, BCA, JTC, AECOM, Surbana Jurong and many others.
We are expanding our product portfolio as well as our presence across Asia, Europe and America.
As a Key Accounts Manager (Outbound), you will develop innovative and creative product demonstrations to VRcollab’s customers and provide technical sales support that will win over new prospects in the Region and Globally. Key Markets are those with Strong BIM Mandates and usage; such as the Nordic Regions, United States, UK, Dubai, HK, ANZ, China and Singapore.
What you will be doing:
+You will qualify potential customers requirements and effectively articulate VRcollab's ability to meet these requirements.
+You will build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
+You will generate leads from Linkedin, Events, Call List, Inbound, Web, etc, and thereafter HUNT, NURTURE and SUPPORT these accounts as an Enterprise SaaS Account Manager.
+You will develop and deliver exceptional company/product presentations and demonstrations 1:1 and 1: many.
+You will manage all technical aspects of a complex sell in conjunction with experienced sales personnel.
+You will ensure the success of customer PoC/Pilot through hands-on delivery, effective management of acceptance criteria and issue escalation/resolution.
+You will educate channel partners on effective product positioning, while managing supply chain partners in order to facilitate customers continual value add from VRcollab’s Solutions
What you need for this position:
+Excellent spoken and written English is a must. A Mastery of Native languages from the following regions (Nordic Regions, United States, UK, Dubai, HK, ANZ, China) is a bonus.
+2 years exp. as a Pre-Sales Consultant or Sales Engineer within an enterprise software/IT/BI organization with heavy client facing experience.
+Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team to solve business and technical problems.
+High level of drive with execution focus, KPIs and beyond, a strong sense of urgency.
+Willingness to travel and be placed overseas in order to further the growth of VRcollab
We will consider in priority candidates with the following attributes:
+Previously from the AEC Industry (Project Manager, BIM, VDC Roles)
+Previous experience in an enterprise software sales position.
+Proficiency in PowerPoint, Solution Demonstration and public speaking.
