We are searching for special business development - accounts manager who can take on the challenges of this modern era and see the visible and direct impact of their work upon the next generation.
You will be the primary point of contact for clients, finding and developing the business in sales as well as maintaining and building relations with key stakeholders.

You will be embarking on the following responsibilities with us:
- Establish and maintain clear and honest communication with clients.
- Building long-lasting and positive relationships with clients.
- Care for and understand clients, getting to know their need fulfilments and requirements with a focus on improving the user experience.
- Communicate and collaborate internally with other wings and departments to fulfil client needs.
- Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by implementing, improving and iterating on processes.
- Identify industry and consumer trends.
Our ideal profile of a Business Developer :
- You have 2 years of experience in business development, accounts management, sales, communication or relevant fields.
- You have other forms of credentials such as Diploma or Higher NITEC
- You are tech savvy
- Enjoy communicating and learning more about others.
- You are empathetic and understanding, have great leadership, and a sharp eye for detail and character.
- You are willing to learn sales principles to deliver excellent customer experience.
