As a new team member

As an Business Development Associate, your typical day will look like • Responsible for prospecting clients, and connecting with potential leads through networking, phone calls, email and social media channels • Reach out to customer/client leads through cold calling • Guiding clients and making them familiar with our platform; providing any data that they require • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships • Support Sales Directors and sales team in developing prospects database and approach MNC clients based in Singapore and other regions. You make a good fit for this role if • You communicate clearly. You write well. You are precise and can explain things over the phone, e-mail, chat or in person • You are pro-active. You have a “can-do” attitude. You take ownership of the tasks and clients assigned to you • You are a team-player. You recognise that the quality, speed and accuracy of your work impacts the work done by the rest of the team • You are creative and enjoy solving problems. You love to learn new things everyday yet remain cool under pressure • You are interested in technology and innovation. You like the start-up culture and can match up to the pace of work • You are a hustler. You are resourceful. You get the job done! Core skills for this role are • Minimum 2 years client facing experience including cold calling, sales meetings, attending networking events etc. • Experience in Technology, HR, User Engagement, Customer Loyalty sectors will be an advantage • Excellent proficiency in Excel (basic data analytics, charts, pivot tables) and PowerPoint (high quality pitch books, client reports etc) • Strong network in any business sector with senior leaders and MNC businesses in Singapore and other regions • Adept at speaking to senior level clients on the phone and in client meetings • Diploma/Degree from accredited University in any specialization.
