Job Brief - We are looking for a Project Manager with work experience in the Video/Animation field. You will be in charge of organisation and management of clients and their projects, and creative thinking in executing the project. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline. This is not required, but bringing in connections and new clients to add to revenue is a big plus for us! About us - Sage Animation is currently a team of one person based in Singapore, and a large network of some of the best freelancers across the world. We believe in delivering fuss-free, high quality 2D animation videos, and are looking for someone who shares the same passion for beautiful work as us. Creative Project Manager Responsibilities include - Coordinating internal resources for flawless execution of projects Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget Ensuring that clients are 100% happy with the process and final product Ensure resource availability and allocation Establish and maintain relationships with freelancers Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects Requirements - Work experience in video/animation Excellent client-facing and interpersonal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) Able to come up with creative ideas Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Strong working knowledge of Google Suite (Adobe Suite is bonus) Bringing in new clients is a huge bonus!
