As a marketing executive, you will work closely with the Marketing & Sales function to create brand/product awareness, identifying new product/business opportunities, launching new products, as well as creating and implementing integrated marketing campaigns to strengthen the brand's market position. You will also develop and drive publicity efforts to uphold the professional image and positioning of the company. The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual who is creative, independent and have a pleasant disposition. This newly created role will be reporting to the Head of Marketing.
Responsibilities: -
1. DIGITAL MARKETING
• Keep abreast and recommend new marketing-related technologies that can be used to improve customer experience and internal company’s process
• Proficient in Google AdWords and all facets of media buying, targeting, campaign optimization and campaign reporting
• Proficient in Google Analytics, able to build reports and providing analysis based on website traffic
• Assist with creation of dashboard’s for owned, earned and bought platforms along with sales pipelines
• Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective
• Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
2. OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITY
• Plan and assist with offline events, exhibitions, and onsite activation roadshows
• Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns.
• Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met.
• Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation, and promotion.
• Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts
• Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
• Lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials and online activities
• Be the key point-of-contact with creative and media agencies to build campaign ideas and plan for their execution.
• Interpret and make recommendations based on campaign performance data to optimize, measure success, and identify learnings for future campaigns.
• Ideation and developing of content to support content marketing pillars through collaboration with our Brand, Marketing, Analytics and e-Commerce teams (using a combination of quantitative and qualitative data).
• Strategize with the Head of Marketing to plan and execute product renewal campaigns.
Requirements: -
• Minimally 4 years of experience in similar capacity; candidate with more experiences will be considered for senior position
• Bachelors' Degree in relevant field
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Motivated, positive attitude to learn new things and ability to multi-task
• Meticulous, organized and detail-oriented
• Self-Starter, dedicated and able to work independently
