Responsibilities:
- Assist Manager in managing the entire bar operation and the team
- Maximise sales, generating revenue and meeting sales target
- Communicate with guests, clients and at all levels at the outlet
- Support the Manager in the implementation and/or follow procedures concerning recording of stock movements e.g. Correct charging of items/billings
- Oversee cash and stock control consistently according to company policies
- Ensure all drinks are prepared and served according to SOP
- Train and motivate the service team
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ level
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Energetic and good team player
- Service oriented and passion in the F&B industry
