HEAD OF B2B (Sourcing, Merchandising, Buyer) Singapore THE COMPANY Vybes is one of Singapore's fastest growing tech startups. Our team is made up of brand owners, business developers, digital marketers and software engineers form Europe, Asia and America. And we have a collaborative and entrepreneurial team culture, led by founders from Harvard/Stanford/MIT. We are in the midst of becoming a global leader in Influencer Commerce, enabling social media influencers and celebrities to create products to sell to their fans & followers. JOB SCOPE Responsible for determining which influencer-branded consumer products the company should create and launch over social media channels. Establishing long term partnerships with manufacturers and logistics partners on a global scale. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute Sourcing Strategies on a global/regional scale - Negotiate with Merchants, Manufacturers and take charge in Partnership Deal-Structuring - Work closely with our Sales & Business Development team for Influencer/Celebrity-Product Matching - Conduct Business Analysis and take Ownership of the B2B quarterly/project goals - Manage end-to-end Quality Control on Product Development and Fulfilment operations - Co-ordinate the entire product acquisition process including, Pricing, Inventory and Logistics Requirements: - Masters Degree in Business, Management, Sales, Marketing or similar degree - Strong experience in Partnership Acquisitions - Knowledgeable in Sales Automation and Contract Negotiations - Skilled communicator both verbally and written - Some experience in cold calling, email marketing, pitch deck creation preferred - Understanding of influencer or social commerce is an advantage - Experience as Buyer in the Retail industry with global exposure preferred - You will be based in Singapore.
