SGAG is looking for a Freelance Finance Assistant who is experienced in e-commerce/retail and will be able to provide effective business support. Working hours are flexible, and you'll only need to come into office once a week! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Perform accounts payable functions including compilation of invoices and payments 2. Generating/Reconciling monthly sales report from vendors and related transactions for the Finance Dept 3. Vendor data management 4. Set up financial processes for sales channels & vendors THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 1. Diploma in Accounting/Finance 2. 1 - 2 years of Accounting/Finance experience 3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets 4. Meticulous and able to work independently
