Mileslife is the only lifestyle+travel mobile app which allows members to earn their preferred frequent flyer miles from everyday spending such as dining and lifestyle activities at over 2000 merchants on top of their credit card miles. As a new team member

Do you have a knack for building strong client relationships? Tried your hand in restaurant account management and love challenging yourself? If you crave the opportunity to do some groundbreaking work, here’s your chance to help us elevate the Mileslife experience within our key accounts and help them maximise the utilisation of our awesome platform. We’re looking for a talented and dynamic Account Executive that can be an asset to the Mileslife Singapore team! Based in Singapore, you’ll be reporting to the Business Development Director to: - Manage and cultivate strong client relationships by monitoring performance metrics, arranging regular check-ins, and suggesting marketing and promotional support - Follow up on any payment-related issues with merchants. - Consult and up-sell additional products and/or services to restaurant decision-makers - Be a brand advocate for restaurants by collating press materials and ensuring that a restaurant’s info is up-to-date on Mileslife - Facilitate successful product adoption or refresher course on product usage for the restaurant staff - Relay and generate feedback regarding potential product improvements, and strategic marketing initiatives for new and existing restaurant partners to our respective team leads - Assist with any other ad-hoc projects where necessary (we’re a start up!) You should have: - 1 to 2 years of similar experience in account management in F&B and/or Retail - A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/Commerce or prior relevant experience - A burning passion to hit the ground running in our startup environment - Airline miles collected yourself instead of stamps, and at least 2 miles credit card in your wallet - Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and collaboration skills - A high degree of organization and flexibility to prioritize in a challenging and ever-changing business environment - Immaculate attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeve If this screams your name, we want YOU as our Account Manager!
