We are currently deeply involved in the education sector, and work closely with official agencies on the next wave of smart solutions in Singapore, a holistic management system that brings intuitive efficiency to daily operations. WANTED: PASSIONATE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - ACCOUNTS MANAGERS Do I Fit? Right now, we are searching for a special business development - accounts manager who can take on the challenges of this modern era and see the visible and direct impact of their work upon the next generation. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, finding and developing the business in sales as well as maintaining and building relations with key stakeholders. You will also be a crucial team player, collecting information and identifying trends. Dynamic: Are you a motivated individual who is willing to learn, adapt and evolve as the situation requires? Robust: Do you maintain a positive outlook, seeing the opportunity in every challenge to turn it into success? Focused: Are you able to maintain sight of the big picture, applying knowledge across different fields of expertise? Eligibility Criteria A recommended working experience of two (2) years in business development, accounts management, sales, communication or relevant fields. We are extremely open to Diploma, Nitec holders or other forms of credentials. My Areas of Expertise: With HAVENCE, you will acquire the following responsibilities Establishing and maintaining clear and honest communication with clients. Building long-lasting and positive relationships with clients. Caring for, loving, understanding clients, getting to know their need fulfilment and requirements with a focus on improving user experience. Communicating and collaborating internally with other wings and departments to fulfil client needs. Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by implementing, improving and iterating on processes. Identifying industry and consumer trends. Mandatory Requirements Be tech savvy. Enjoy communicating and learning more about others. Have great care and concern. Have great leadership and understanding. Have a sharp attention to detail and character. Be empathetic and understanding. Willing to learn sales principles to deliver excellent customer experience. Bonus Consideration Work experience in Business Development or as an Accounts Manager, in sales or in a relevant role. Desire to leave an impact on this world.
