Employer Branding and Social Recruitment Marketing Management
- Work alongside with Employee Communication in designing Employer Branding strategy best suited for Company in maximizing Employee Value Proposition
- Build and execute Scoot’s social media strategies on all career related website & social media platforms including Facebook Page, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn Company Page to drive engagement and conversion.
- Develop, implement and track creative and impactful recruitment marketing campaigns and events with good content writing.
- Responsible for creating contents, videos and story-telling for Social Recruiting and Employer Branding for engagement of new and existing followers.
- Build Talent Pipeline, Review & Manage Selection & Assessment Process
- Oversee and manage full process of recruitment & life-cycles including sourcing, assessment, selection, offering to on-boarding through Applicant Tracking System.
- Handle recruitment and selection activities of Company-wide positions including Cabin Crew
- Build up and maintain different recruitment channels for Company-wide positions
- Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization including, Internal Transfer & Posting
- Identify future talent needs and work closely with possible Schools to develop suitable recruiting programs for internship and fresh entry positions
- Working closely with HR Business Partners to review and enhance/implement all Selection & Assessment Tools and Processes on a periodical manner
- Ensure Selection and Assessment Processes are carried out fairly and effectively
Requirements:
- Essential traits
-- Min Degree Holder, with at least 1 year of direct experience in Talent Acquisition
-- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience can be considered
-- Those with social media recruiting experience will have an added advantage
-- Possess excellent communication, creative writing and copywriting skills.
-- Passion for creating engaging visual content.
- Desirable traits
