The project management team works closely with our Data Scientist, Developers, Product team, Quality Assurance team to develop new product that delights our customers at high speed. You will work with the product team to gather the product requirements and plan the execution of the development in an agile way. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. You will be responsible to control, monitor and report on the project progress and the performances of the development team. Finally prior to launching a new product you will have to perform testing with the quality assurance team in order to ensure Dathena delivers high quality product. As a Project Manager intern, you will be part of developing and coordinating the development of Dathena’s next product while ensuring the project are delivered on time respecting the budget, scope and quality. Responsibilities - Ensure all projects are delivered on time respecting the budget, scope and quality - Coordinate the frontend development using AGILE method - Define objectives, tasks, priorities and resources - Collaborate with the product owner to ensure the product developed meets the requirements - Monitor, control and report on the project progress and developers’ performances - Act as a communication facilitator between Frontend, MW and Backend teams - Contribute and improve the knowledge base on processes, workflows, product pipelines, etc. MUST HAVE: -Technical and/or analytical education background (ex: Computer Science, Engineering, Sciences, Finances, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, etc.) - Knowledge in Web development (HTML/CSS/REACTJS) - Knowledge in Project Management and Agile Methodology and familiarity with tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket) - Knowledge in VBA - Strong analytical skills - Problem-solving skills Soft Skills - Fluent in English (Exceptional Oral and Written Communication Skills) - Positive and enthusiastic team working - Time Management - Interest in new technology and Data-oriented personality - Critical thinking, Autonomous, Innovative, Proactive, Rigorous - Ability to adapt and work within an international environment Sounds like you?
