As a new team member

We are seeking a motivated part-time team member to join the Engineering Talent Acquisition Section, People Division. You will be part of a diverse team of eight members from five different countries, playing a key role in the recruitment cycle of HENNGE's Global Internship Program. ◆The role includes: ▷ Awareness  - Managing job postings  - Replying to inquiries  - Purchasing and maintaining recruiting event inventory ▷Application process  - Handling communication with the candidates  - Arranging interviews  - Improving recruitment operations ▷Incoming preparation and onboarding  - Helping future interns with their flight tickets, accommodation, visa, etc  - Arranging and organizing interns' meetings  - Improving the internship experience ◆Minimum qualifications  - Currently enrolled in a university, graduate school, or vocational/technical college.  - Currently living in the Greater Tokyo Area.  - Available to work at least 16 hours per week at our Shibuya headquarters.  - Able to commit to the role for a minimum of six months.  - Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese. ◆Important details  - Salary: JPY 1,500/hour  - Transportation: Reimbursed up to JPY 1,500 per day.  - Work Schedule: A long-term position (6+ months) with a flexible schedule of 16+ hours over at least two days per week. We are happy to accommodate your academic commitments.  - Location: Daiwa Shibuya Square, 16-28 Nanpeidaicho, Shibuya, Tokyo 150-0036 ◆ Application Process  1.
