Based in Singapore, reporting to the General Manager, the Assistant Manager/Manager, Marketing will play critical role in planning, coordination and implementation of multi-channel marketing initiatives primarily focused on user activation and user engagement through campaigns, communication and content.
You will be tasked to:
• Plan, manage and oversee internal market campaigns and initiatives to drive user activation and user engagement, using metrics-driven measurement to deliver the best results,
optimized for ROAs and ROI.
• Track and report on the performance of user activation and user engagement campaigns and optimize the initiatives.
• Manage campaign budgets.
• Obsessively data- and scale-driven, using data insights to drive astute marketing decisions to achieve marketing targets and objectives.
• Work with content team in content and communication planning and content calendar development that ties with business objectives and marketing plans. This includes but not
limited to Electronic Direct Mailers (EDMs) and in-app push notifications.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including merchant marketing and business development teams to work on user activation and user engagement initiatives, aligned with
business’ short and long-term objectives.
• Develop and track user lifecycle touchpoints. Plan communications to support users adoption, engagement and re-activation.
• Curate and create engagement content, e.g. edm and social media posts.
• Support any other marketing initiatives (we’re a startup!)
Must Have:
• Passionate and enjoy being part of a fast-paced startup
• You collect airline miles instead of stamps and has at least 2 miles credit card in your wallet
• Bachelor degree in Marketing/Business is preferred or relevant experiences in lieu
• At least 3-5 years of relevant marketing and/or tech startup experience
• Proven success in driving user engagement and activation though multi-channel marketing in a tech, loyalty platform, payment and/or relevant startup environment
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills including the ability to utilize user research and analytics to back up marketing decisions and efficacy of marketing initiatives
• Proficiency in Excel
• Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and collaboration skills
• Flexible and has high degree of organization and ability to prioritize in a challenging and changing business environment
• Attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves
• Ability to use Tableau and SQL is a plus
