Based in Singapore, reporting to the Head of Strategic Growth, the Senior Executive, Merchant Marketing will play a critical role in planning, coordination and implementation of multi-channel
marketing initiatives primarily focused on user acquisition, user activation and user engagement through marketing collaboration with Mileslife’s merchant partners in the various categories.
We are looking for talented and dynamic candidates that can be an asset to Mileslife Singapore marketing team. This is a challenging opportunity and a great chance to do some groundbreaking work.
You will be expected to:
• Plan, build and oversee merchant marketing campaigns and joint initiatives (both online and offline) to acquire, activate and engage new and existing users for Mileslife, using metrics-driven measurements to deliver the best results, optimized for ROI.
• Track, monitor and report on the performance of the campaigns and optimize the initiatives. Manage campaign budgets.
• Obsessively data- and scale-driven, using data insights to drive astute marketing decisions to achieve marketing targets and objectives.
• Keeping track of merchant marketing commitments and ensure they are delivered timely.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including content and account management teams, aligned with business’ short and long-term objectives.
• Support any other marketing initiatives (we’re a startup!)
You must have:
• Passion and enjoy being part of a fast-paced startup
• You collect airline miles instead of stamps and has at least 2 miles credit card in your wallet
• Bachelor degree in Marketing/Business is preferred or relevant experiences in lieu
• At least 2-3 years of relevant marketing and/or tech startup experience
• Proven success in partner marketing to drive user acquisition, engagement and activation though multi-channel marketing in a tech, loyalty platform, payment and/or relevant startup environment
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills including the ability to utilize user research and analytics to back up marketing decisions and efficacy of marketing initiatives
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and collaboration skills
• Flexible and has high degree of organization and ability to prioritize in a challenging and changing business environment
• Attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves
