Was it always your dream to work in a snack company? Love snacks as much as we do? In this role, you will be expected to: ▪ To manage all incoming/outgoing calls going through the main line in a prompt and efficient manner ▪ To ensure and uphold the security and access to the main offices ▪ To ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of the office room at all times ▪ Coordinating of sorting and distributing incoming letters ▪ To carry outsourcing and purchasing duties – stationeries, goods, fixed assets etc. ▪ To maintain proper stationeries record and replenish stationeries including printer toners and papers ▪ Manage all incoming and outgoing staff uniforms, aprons, safety shoes inventory ▪ Responsible for proper filing of documents in department ▪ Provide work injury related medical claim submissions ▪ Handle daily Punctuality and Attendance records and generate Monthly Attendance of employees/workers ▪ Maintain proper filing of P-Files and employee records ▪ Update employee records in database and files ▪ Carry any other ad-hoc HR / Admin duties as and when required or assigned by management. You must have: ▪ Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/”O” Level in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent ▪ At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. ▪ Required language(s): English, Chinese (in order to liaise with English & Chinese speaking workers ▪ Strong sense of work responsibility ▪ Willingness to learn, independent and possesses a positive attitude ▪ Able to liaise with all level of staff/workers and minimal supervision Sounds like you?
