A strategic media professional with hands-on experience in Indonesia as well as broader SEA. You will work closely with our regional, local teams as well as key external partners on i) the planning and execution of awareness and consideration campaigns for Grab, ii) step change key media partnerships across the region and iii) continue to improve capability and effectiveness for Grab
What You’ll Do..
- Define vision and key strategies to win (across Grab Verticals) working with Marketing teams and Media Agencies, ultimately generating greater effectiveness and efficiency of our media plans.
- Lead Annual Media Reviews with Agency and local markets feeding into key decision making processes.
- Working closely with regional and local teams to plan, execute and measure regional and local campaigns.
- Overall Agency management, including evaluation, agency structure definition and fee definition
- Financial controls and stewardship processes and management across SEA
- Develop testing and measurement frameworks that continually provide the business with actionable campaigns media learnings.
- Develop capability across the marketing teams in SEA.
What You’ll Need
- At least 8 years of experience in developing, and executing integrated campaigns across SEA, especially Indonesia.
- Strong experience working with data (Eg Attribution Modelling -Market Mix Modelling / Econometrics) to inform media optimisation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (including senior leaders) and an ability to solve problems.
- Decision-making skills and proven agility, having worked in fast-paced multi-market business.
- Strong ability to translate consumer insights, data to sound media strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Subject to the successful candidate, the role will be based in Singapore or Jakarta
