As a new team member

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day digital marketing strategy and operations for selected vertical on Grab across the region, and providing reports and analysis to demonstrate effective ROI to key stakeholders. In this role you will: - Plan, setup and optimize “Always On” digital advertising channels for all markets - Provide digital media plans and insights to local marketing teams on both tactical or branding campaigns - Work with stakeholders to drive integrated marketing campaigns across ATL and BTL. - Formulate quarter plans, strategies and budgets for performance marketing with local teams across selected vertical - Own all performance targets and budgets in the selected vertical. - Monitor and optimize channels and campaigns to achieve business objectives with efficiencies and scale - Report on key metrics, learnings and marketing campaigns with stakeholders - Be the digital expert for local and digital marketing teams to setup, monitor, optimize campaigns; Being a thought leader - Growth Hacking - explore workarounds and innovative ways to improve key metrics You should have: - 5+ years of experience in digital performance marketing or similar field. - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, mass communications or other advertising subjects preferred - Hands-on knowledge of planning & buying digital media on self-serve platforms such as Adwords, Facebook, 3rd Party Networks - Experience in media and campaign planning, execution and presentation. - Have excellent organization, project management, and time management skills - Strong knowledge of online marketing landscape and use of current advertising tools and channels - Familiarity with at least one South East Asian language is preferred. - Self-starter with a great learning attitude, able to learn and pick up new capabilities fast - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Able to multi-task, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Good with numbers, analytical minded and possesses great problem-solving skills - Possesses strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach team Do you want to be an in-house digital expert, a consultant that local teams would consult with?
