- Identify and increase business partnership to reach and exceed company targets
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan
- Understand honestbee business model and apply a smart and consultative sales pitch
- Set goals and mentor team members to deliver on team objectives
- Present honestbee platform as a unique opportunity for businesses to fulfill their logistics requirement
- Build relationships with strategic partners and customers to maximize the organisation's business interest
- Maintain current partnership accounts to develop long term strategic relationship
- Perform end-to-end account management, including month-end reporting to merchants, stock updates, price changes etc
- Play a key role in developing an entrepreneurial, proactive, high-intensity culture in honestbee
What are we looking for?
- You have at least 1 year of working experience in any industry, within a client-facing role
- You can sell a melting red popsicle to a lady wearing a white fur coat
- You have a strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence
- You have excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presentation in English and one other
Asian language
- You have an entrepreneurial mind set
