The Business & Account Management team identifies and builds strong working relationships with new merchants and partners. We deliver expert business strategies to drive growth and offer our merchants and partners best-in-class business opportunities to help them build their businesses.
What you'll be doing:
- Research and identify new new sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients via email, phone, walk-in and scheduled meetings
- Determine client requirements through discussions, presentations and demos
- Develop plans to build a healthy pipeline of B2B engagements
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
- Attend conferences, meetings and industry events
- Develop sales goals and ensure that they are met
- Provide insightful data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions
You should have:
- At least 2 years of experience in any industry, within a client-facing role (B2B) and driving corporate initiatives
- Entrepreneurial mindset, willingness to shatter existing paradigms and break free of own comfort zone
- Ability to find innovative solutions to problems
- Track record of meeting and exceeding goals and targets
- High attention to detail and a focused on fact-based decision making
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
