As the 1st maritime accelerator in the world, we cultivate the best maritime ecosystem in the world. Each year, we scout over 1000 startups and select not more than 20 for each location - Rotterdam, Singapore and Antwerp. These startups gain access to hands-on mentorship, our global maritime network, and valuable pilot opportunities with corporate partners.

PortXL is looking for Rockstar Program Interns who love the fast-paced startup scene, putting ideas out there, and are hungry to learn more. This opportunity is a great way to gain first-hand experience in a global accelerator. Maritime industry knowledge is not a pre-requisite. We want people who can adapt fast in the dynamic startup scene, think strategically, and aren't afraid to think out of the box. Job Description: As a Program Intern, you'll be working closely with the Program Manager to: • Help formulate and lead PortXL accelerator program and flagship events • Participate in activities (attendance at events, corporate engagement, etc) aimed at increasing awareness for PortXL • Support the Program Manager to ensure that accelerator companies achieve all required milestones • Support Communications and Scouting when required Sparkling personality and a sense of humour would be a plus (we take both work and fun seriously here).
