As the 1st maritime accelerator in the world, we cultivate the best maritime ecosystem in the world. Each year, we scout over 1000 startups and select not more than 20 for each location - Rotterdam, Singapore and Antwerp. These startups gain access to hands-on mentorship, our global maritime network, and valuable pilot opportunities with corporate partners.

PortXL is looking for Rockstar Scouting Interns who love the fast-paced startup scene, putting ideas out there, and are hungry to learn more. This opportunity is a great way to gain first-hand experience in a global accelerator. Maritime industry knowledge is not a pre-requisite. We want people who can adapt fast in the dynamic startup scene, think strategically, and aren't afraid to think out of the box. Job Description: As a Scouting Intern, you'll be working closely with the Scouting Manager to: • Discover innovative startups worldwide • Assist with scouting strategy and execution for Asia • Build relationships with some of the best maritime startups in the world • Maintain and optimise PortXL's startup database • Track and measure success against KPIs • Support the global team in a wider range of other tasks when required Sparkling personality and a sense of humour would be a plus (we take both work and fun seriously here).
