This role exists to help customers get real value from Strider and feel supported as they navigate complex challenges. In this role, you’ll spend your days working closely with customers, helping them understand insights from our platform and supporting their decision making. You’ll collaborate with teammates across sales, product, and intelligence, onboard new customers, and deepen relationships with existing ones. The work is varied, collaborative, and hands-on, with plenty of ownership and room to learn. You don’t need prior experience in intelligence or geopolitics to succeed here. What matters most is curiosity, clear communication, and a genuine interest in helping others succeed.
