I'm MING Labs' Marketing and Communications Manager, and I work to help our community find, engage with us, and grow to love the MING Labs global brand.

Our team is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Digital Marketing, Communications and Media Trainee (SG), who is keen to learn and eager to make an impact. The trainee will help to produce and promote content to grow strategic awareness of MING Labs and nurture our community of digital leaders.
You will be immersed in and learn about our fast-growing and evolving industry, and how digital product and business design can help companies both big and small succeed in their innovation efforts.You will be asked to apply yourself in a hands-on manner to discover, explore and develop strategic content that will expand our reach and increase engagement with our audiences (both corporates and creatives) across our social media channels and with our industry partners.
You will also conduct analysis and contribute towards our content marketing and engagement strategies, including social listening, measurement, optimisation and creatively producing targeted messaging campaigns across our platforms.
You are enthusiastic, full of ideas, creative, flexible and willing to turn limitations into opportunities. You are innately social, and are curious about extracting your own insights from offline human relational behaviour and seeking similar patterns in the online world to increase brand engagement.
You will be given the chance to create and measure your own impact from day one, and so we are looking for someone who thrives on a sense of ownership and the results they create. We are excited to welcome you to our cozy shophouse office in Tanjong Pagar, and to our dynamic working environment.
As an in-house Digital Marketing, Communications and Media intern at MING Labs, it is not a requirement, but a plus if you are familiar with and interested in design-thinking, design, innovation, digital transformation and UX. We are happy to show you the ropes and help you develop the language surrounding the job. We are a global team, and while you will be mainly tasked with growing our marketing work for our international presence, you may also have the opportunity to explore digital marketing for the German and Chinese markets.
Some of your daily tasks include:
- Writing, editing, producing original and curated content about design & tech
- Identifying, engaging with and representing MING in the relevant local communities
- Managing social media activity
- Measuring, analysing results and making recommendations for improvements
