Responsibilities - Be able to design a bot conversation and chat dialogues - Design conversational flow using appropriate prototyping tools - Expand on creative ideas and copywriting that drive good chatbot engagement - Analyse user inputs and train chatbot to improve engagement - Prepare to test bot thoroughly for a perfect user experience Requirements - Great copywriting skills - 100% reliability on spelling - Fluent in English and preferrably 1 other language - No programming knowledge required but tech-savvy enough to use simple content management tool - Good at logic and can handle flow chart design - Bonus for candidates with prior experience in digital marketing, social media management, UX or frontend development background
