An urban-chic fitness studio with locations in downtown Orchard and City Hall, Singapore, is looking for Front Desk/Sales superstars! At Upside Motion, we are passionate to do all we can to make our clients look and feel good. We're always looking for good people, whether Instructors or Front-of-House, to help us do just that. Our people are our most valuable asset and it is our belief to foster a workplace where quality of life is enhanced and individual aspirations are fulfilled. As a Client Service Officer, you will be given the opportunity to: - Manage the day-to-day front-house operations in the studio. - Handle day-to-day client services from walk-ins and regular members. - Greet and service customers on registration and payment processes. - Answer to customer enquiries on programs, services and price packages. - Handle cashiering and phone calls when on duty. - Assist instructors before, during and after classes whenever necessary. - Maintain studio cleanliness at all times. - Handle customer-related administrative tasks. i.e. administering promotional codes when handling customer’s payment processes. - Follow-up with clients on membership renewal and extensions. Requirements: - Pleasant personality, organized, friendly, and customer orientated - Reception experience, preferably developed from a spa, fitness center or personal services establishment - Qualification or interest in yoga and pilates is an added advantage. - Sales experience in retail or service - Good understanding of client care. - Excellent and professional communication skills - Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule - Must have weekend, Holiday, and some early morning/midday/late evening weekday availability If you are cheerful, outgoing, love people and have all of the above qualities, click "Want to Visit" to apply and don't forget to brush up your Wantedly profile so that we can get to know you better :)
