We are looking for a temporary Admin & Sales Coordinator for 2 months or longer.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customers enquiries - by phone, email & internet
- Liaise with Suppliers & Service Providers - by phone & email
- Follow up of pending Customers Orders till completion
- General Admin duties - Filing & others
- Light duties - simple packing, counting of stocks, random QC
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and
- Mandarin conversant
- Knowledge of Graphic Design is advantage
- Mon to Fri - 9am to 6pm
- No experience is required but will be an advantage
- Fresh school leavers or retirees are welcome
