Crew Communications & Engagement
- Help to co-ordinate and conduct Preparatory Training for Foreign Scootees.
- Co-ordinate and assist with preparation and publication of all relevant Comms materials.
- Supports the management & channels, including maintenanadministration of crew communications through various medice of Crew Comms Portal and all engagement platforms.
- Assists with co-ordinating and conducting communications and engagement sessions.
- Assists in managing all new company driven comms and engagement initiatives (e.g. digitalisation) for cabin crew.
- Assist in creating relevant user guides.
- Provide general admin assistance and support for the Training Manager and Team.
- Assists with Crew Welfare Matters & related activities.
- Assists with compilation of Crew Grievance & Resolution.
- Crew Supplies
- Uniform Services – Manage uniform procurement, inventory, storage, issuance, returns and disposal.
- Assist in implementing new company driven initiatives for crew supplies.
- Manage inventory and issuance of Crew Baggage and all relevant Crew Stationary & Forms.
- Others
- Supports Training.
- Assists with recruitment and training coordination to ensure adequate number of crew are recruited and trained to meet operational requirements.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Essential traits
- Diploma holder
- Familiarity with social media platforms and systems advantageous
- Publishing experience advantageous
