We are on the hunt for a charismatic Community Intern with a passion for engaging people and building new relationships! YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES ------------------------------- The successful candidate will report to, and work closely with the Community Builder to implement the following: • Build and nurture long term relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as schools, community members, networking groups, industry leaders and influencers • Leverage on both offline and online channels to engage audiences as appropriate to create buzz and build Wantedly’s brand awareness • Conceptualise and implement user engagement strategies to improve user satisfaction and experience through constant use of the product and by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. • Work closely with Marketing team to: - Support social integration and monitor online traffic to foster 2 way conversations - Create, curate engaging content that promotes Wantedly’s values as well as user generated content to be shared on all appropriate platforms - Manage offline events to connect with existing and new communities • Be Wantedly’s brand guardian and champion the Wantedly way in all everyday interactions and company engagements • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks; • Contributes to team effort by supporting the execution of any additional tasks as needed ------------------------------- Our team loves adapting to a fast-paced environment, and we hope you do too!
