Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate work permit applications and all contractual documents Liaising with MOM and other authorities regarding on-going work passes applications Working closely with the team to ensure the best delivery rate Tracking progress of clients and keeping our collaborative dashboard updated to efficiently share the information in real-time Master and improve our administrative processes Requirements Human Resource background with interest for innovation or the migrant workers’ industry Singaporeans, PRs and DPs holders welcomed Excited about startup challenges and able to work deliver results according to specific objectives Any academic background with interest for innovation or the migrant workers’ industry Proficient with IT - We are a paperless company Applicant will have to obtain the Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI), a mandatory qualification delivered by MOM for all personnel working in employment agencies.
